We build it first.
You decide after.
Everyone else sends a quote and a timeline. We send you the actual thing, already made, and you tell us if it's right. A website, an app, a tool. For a Fortune 500 or a kid selling lemonade, same answer.
01 Try it right now
Describe it in a sentence. Watch it take shape.
We meant the part about building first. Tell our engine what you want and it sketches the concept on the spot — name, features, the whole shape of it. Costs you nothing and you owe us nothing. If you like where it's going, leave your email and we build the real thing.
02 The house
We make software that pays attention — and earns its place in someone's real life.
Holm — the evergreen oak. Rooted, steady, the same in every season. The products change; the standard doesn't. Nothing generic ships under this name.
03 What we can build
Nothing's too small. Nothing's too big.
A wedding planner. A tool to run your food truck. A website for your business. An app to help you become a better person. For your business, your life, or an idea you can't shake — from a single beautiful screen to a system that runs itself. A few of the shapes it takes:
Apps people keep
iOS and web apps, and PWAs that install to the home screen — built to feel made for you, never like a template.
AI, woven in
Language models used with taste — coaching, writing, judgment — not a chatbot bolted onto the corner.
Agents that do the work
Software that operates real websites and tools on your behalf, and knows exactly where to stop.
Runs while you sleep
Automation that turns an inbox, a feed, or a signal into finished work by the time you wake up.
Intelligence on the device
Computer vision and machine learning that run on the phone itself — private by default, no server required.
Down to the metal
Real native apps for macOS and iOS — from the menu bar to the notch to the App Store.
04 Selected work
Real screens from things we've shipped — consumer apps, AI tools, and native software.
More in the lab
TopNotch
The notch grows into a live panel — clock, now playing, your next event, and a shelf you can drop files onto. It's a real native app, so the motion is the demo.

Hold a key, talk, let go — the words land at your cursor in whatever app you're already in. There's no window to open, which is exactly why it needs motion to show.

Proof, then paperwork
You see the working thing before you commit to anything. No deck, no discovery call, no invoice for a promise.
Quietly capable
Power that feels calm. The hard engineering stays under the surface; what you touch is simple.
One standard
A swing, a sentence, a night's sleep, a codebase — different problems, same bar. Care is the throughline.
06 What it costs
Clear prices. No surprises.
Pay once to build it. If it runs on AI, a small monthly keeps it going — one flat price, no surprise bills.
One clean app, website, or tool — built, delivered, done.
Multiple features, a custom look, and a round of revisions to get it right.
A full app — logins, a database, real AI. The kind of build that usually runs $20k+.
Running live AI features? From $25/mo — all the AI your app needs, one flat price, no surprise bills.
Common questions
What makes the $50 build worth it — and why is Production $1,500?
Price tracks how much goes into it, not hours on a clock. The $50 Simple tier is one focused thing — a landing page or a single-purpose tool — built fast, mostly by our engine, no logins or database. Production is a full product: accounts, a real database, live AI, integrations, multiple rounds of revisions, and a person making sure it’s genuinely good. You’re paying for scope and craft — the kind of build that usually runs $20k+.
Do I own what you build?
Yes — it’s yours. The code, the site, and the domain if we set one up. No lock-in, no holding your project hostage.
What’s the monthly for?
Only apps with live AI need one. It covers all the AI your app uses — one flat price, capped so you never get a surprise bill. No AI features, no monthly.
How fast is it?
Simple builds land in days. Standard in about a week. Production usually a couple of weeks — not the six-month agency timeline.
What does “you only pay if you love it” actually mean?
Exactly what it says. We build the thing first and send you a private link to the real, working version — not a slide, not a wireframe. You click around in it. If it isn’t right, you walk away and you owe nothing. You pay when you’ve seen it and you want it live. Standard and Production include revisions on top of that.
Why would you build it before I pay?
Because it’s the fastest way to prove we’re worth it, and because our engine makes building the first version cheap enough that we can. Everyone else has to charge you up front to cover the weeks it takes them. We don’t have those weeks.
07 The person behind it

Everyone has ideas.
Most stay ideas.
I'm Isaiah, and I'm from the Bay Area. HOLMEZ started the way a lot of things do — a side project I built for myself, because I'd rather make the idea than just have it.
It grew from there: first what I could build for me, then what I could build for you. Websites, personal apps, full automations — whatever the shape, it has to actually work for the person using it. Not another thing on a screen. A real tool that makes something better.
08 Work with us
Ready when you are. Here's how it goes.
No forms to fill out, no discovery call, no quote to review. You say what you want and the next thing you see is the thing itself.
You describe it — the concept appears instantly, then you leave your email.
A real reply within a day or two: how we'd build it, and what it takes.
We build it. You see the real working thing — then you decide.
Rather just talk it through? hello@holmez.studio ↗
