HOLMEZ (holmez.studio) builds websites and apps for people, done for them. This policy explains what data we handle and why — across the HOLMEZ website and the HOLMEZ Concierge browser extension. The short version: we only ever use your data to do the job you asked for, we never sell it, and we never handle your passwords.

The HOLMEZ Concierge extension

The HOLMEZ Concierge is an optional browser extension that helps you finish setting up a HOLMEZ-built app. It runs in your own browser, and only while you have started a setup session.

• What it accesses: while a setup session is running, it captures a screenshot of your current browser tab. This is the only way it can “see” the screen to figure out the next step.
• Where that goes: each screenshot is sent to the HOLMEZ setup service and processed by an AI model for the single purpose of deciding the next setup action. Screenshots are used transiently to compute that action — they are not stored, not sold, not shared with any third party, and never used for advertising or any purpose other than helping you complete setup.
• What it never does: it never reads or types your passwords, and it pauses and asks you before anything sensitive or irreversible (signing in, sending, publishing, paying, deleting). You approve each step and can stop at any time.

The HOLMEZ website

If you use a contact or idea form on holmez.studio, we receive what you choose to send us (such as your name, email, and your message). We use it only to reply to you and to provide the service you requested. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.

Data retention

Extension screenshots are transient and are not retained after the next setup step is computed. Messages you send us through the website are kept only as long as needed to help you, then removed on request.

Your choices

You can uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, just email us.
